Breckenridge Lodging

  Beaver Run Resort. $$$   Ski in/Ski Out.  Beaver Run Resort is a full service, year around resort located at the bottom of the 4 passenger Beaver Run Express Chairlift on Peak 9 and a short two blocks to Main Street Breckenridge. Comprised of 4 interconnected buildings via skywalks this resort allows you to dine, attend a meeting, go to the spa or one of two pools and numerous hot tubs, or even play a game of miniature golf with putting on your jacket to go outside! If it’s outside you want,  Beaver Run is in the middle of it. Located at the base of the lifts for skiing and snowboarding and for summer,  the bottom of great mountain biking trails up the mountain or hiking from the Burro Trail, Beaver Run is a great destination for families, groups and couples. Beaver Run has spent 13 million dollars in renovations over the past five years and features dry stack stone, warm toned woodwork with slate accents and wrought iron fixtures combined into a contemporary design that exudes the aura of the alpine environment outside.

 Crystal Peak Lodge. Peak 7   $$$$   Ski In/ Ski Out.   Crystal Peak Lodge is one of Breckenridge’s newest luxury condominium vacation rentals, located at the Peak 7 base area and just steps from the gondola and chairlift. Set amongst a forest of mature trees, the lodge offers ski-in/ski-out access and a private stop on the BreckConnect gondola that connects to town. The Independence Chairlift is also just steps away.

Inspired by the great western lodges of America’s national parks, Crystal Peak seamlessly brings the natural alpine environment indoors with fine finishes like heavy timbers, granite and moss rock. Each luxuriously appointed condominium suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite slab counters and stainless appliances, living room with fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, jetted tub in the master bath, humidifier and a private balcony with incredible views.
Crystal Peak Lodge is replete with amenities including wireless internet access, outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, concierge services, business center, on-site ski shop, ski storage and underground parking.

  Der Steiermark. In Town. $$ Walk to Lift. Der Steiermark is ideally located for a convenient and action packed vacation in Breckenridge. Located on South Park Avenue, adjacent to the Riverwalk and across the street from the Village at Breckenridge complex and the Quicksilver six passenger high speed lift that accesses Peak 9. Historic Main Street is half a block away. There is a popular Mexican restaurant, Mi Casa, located in the building as well as full service sport shop with bike rentals in summer months. AMH features the 1 and 2 bedroom with Loft room types. There are also studio and studio loft type accommodations. Amenities include: heated garage parking, hot tub, walk to ski lift and free guest shuttle. Der Steiermark is an excellent value for the dollar and puts you right in the heart of Breckenridge.
  Doubletree by Hilton. Peak 9 base  $$$ Walk to Slopes. The DoubleTree by Hilton-Breckenridge is located 50 yards from the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 9 and two blocks from Main Street Breckenridge. There are 208 beautifully redecorated guest rooms, about 550 square feet on average, twice the size of a normal hotel room. In fact, they are more like mini-suites, equipped with king or queen-size beds, sitting area, desk, large-screen TV with cable and Nintendo, data ports, mini-fridge, coffeemaker with Starbucks Coffee, hairdryer and thick terry bathrobes. Some have private balconies offering views of the mountains and ski slopes.

Other property amenities include on-site restaurant and lounge, room service, internet access, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, hotel shuttle service and underground parking.

  Los Pinos Condominiums. $$$  Walk to Lift . Located in the lodgepole pine forest at the base of Breckenridge Ski Mountain, Los Pinos is located on Snowflake Drive, 2 blocks from the Snowflake lift. In season you can ski to the lift from across the street from the driveway. These townhomes are spacious with warm decor and nice appointments. Amenities include Great outdoor common hot tub with views across the valley to Mt. Baldy, private garage, private balconies with views into the forest and beyond, internet access (charge), washer/dryer, cozy gas fireplace and complimentary guest shuttle should you want to access another lift or simply go to town. You are two blocks from the free town shuttle stop. These were some of my favorite units when I worked for RQI Summit County.
 Main Street Junction. In Town. $$$$ Walk to Lift. (10 min.) Enjoy spectacular views of Baldy Mountain, the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge Ski Area from Main Street Junction townhomes. One to Three bedroom units conveniently located on Main Street Breckenridge within walking distance to the lifts and the free town shuttle route.. There is a private bath for each bedroom and nine foot ceilings throughout. Gas fireplaces with natural moss rock and Colorado sandstone hearths and heavy timber mantles. Great views are had from private balconies and patios for each residence. There are large open kitchens with slate floors and custom cabinetry. Park in the private garage or free off street parking is available. Guests enjoy access to the amenties at Main Street Station just across the street including: conceirge service, ski storage, fitness center with window wall and view of the Ten Mile Range, Olympic size heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs with a view of the ski area, the Pioneer Lounge for apres ski and in town free shuttle stop. Relaxing and cozy with a great location Main Street Junction is the perfect choice for a winter or summer stay in historic Breckenridge.
  Main Street Station In Town $$$$ Walk to Lift (5 min.) Located on the south end of historic Main Street Breckenridge, you are easy walking distance to the Quicksilver Lift and the ski school meeting place. The is a free town shuttle stop in front of the property and you are able to enjoy all of the amenities: Olympic sized heated pool, fitness center window wall looking out at the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge Ski Area, steam room and sauna as well as outdoor hot tubs with spectacular views. Other services include: concierge service, indoor ski storage and boot changing area. Enjoy the Pioneer Club access for a relaxing apres ski drink by the fire. Lodging choices include spacious studios that have a full size bed along with one, two and three bedroom condominiums. Accommodations feature large, comfortable living areas, granite appointed kitchens and professional decor. Wireless internet is available in the lobby and common areas. Free heated underground parking is available as well as bell service and the convenience of being right in the Main Street Station shopping plaza.
  Mountain Thunder Lodge. In Town. $$$$ Walk to Lift (10 min.) Mountain Thunder Lodge is ideally located in a quiet forest but still right in the heart of Breckenridge and just a quick walk across the street to the gondola.   Pine Ridge Condominiums. In Town. $$  Shuttle to lift/ Ski In (Seasonal). Pine Ridge Condominiums offers great value and a great location in the heart of Breckenridge! A long time favorite with skiers because of it’s ski-in location on the 4 O’Clock Run (in season) and the ability to be one block from historic Main Street Breckenridge. There is a Free Shuttle stop on Park Avenue next to the property that takes you right to the Peak 9 Base Area lifts (3 mins.) and in season the Snowflake Lift is a 8-10 minute walk, slightly uphill and a good warm up walk. This moderate cost property has 90 one, two and two bedroom with loft condominiums. The loft units are all on the third floor with vaulted ceilings and windows in the loft. These accommodations are roomy and have full kitchens, large living and dining areas, separate vanities in the baths, gas or wood fireplaces, washer/dryers, private balconies or patios, DVD players, private ski lockers in the entrance to each building and free parking. The cluster of condomium buildings is located in mature spruce and lodgepole pine tress giving it a natural feel even though you are one block from the quaint shops, restaurants and nightlife of Main Street. Amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, access to heated outdoor pool, on site office with DVD rentals, guest computer and free wireless internet access throughout the property. In summer enjoy the picnic tables on the lawn and gas grills. There is a fitness room with treadmills, eliptical trainers and Lifecycles as well as multi station. A meeting room that’s perfect for larger gatherings make this a great location for several families to have a family reunion. Summer or Winter it is hard to beat Pine Ridge Condominiums as a great place for a Colorado vacation.
  River Mountain Lodge. In Town $$ Shuttle to Lift. The River Mountain Lodge sits just across the Blue River from downtown Breckenridge and it’s central historic district. Restaurants, shops, saloons and nightlife are just steps away via pedestrian bridge and Riverwalk walkway. Additionally, there is ski in convenience from the 4 O’Clock run which terminates just across Park Avenue from the Lodge. The RML offers hotel and condominium accommodations consisting of hotel rooms, and 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom condominiums in a hotel setting. Some units offer private hot tubs, lofts, fireplaces and balconies. The warm lobby and Fireside Lounge are a perfect gathering place for an apres ski or pre dinner drink. A 24 hour reception desk, outdoor heated pool and hot tubs and small fitness center are available. There is a free shuttle stop right outside of the Lodge and complimentary heated underground parking. Wireless internet is available as well as conference facilities. An ideal location coupled with the flexibility of lodging options and a hotel ambiance makes this a great choice for your Breckenridge vacation.
  Riverbend Lodge. Snowflake Base. $$$ Ski In/Ski Out (Seasonal). Riverbend Lodge is located up 4 O’Clock Road, 2 blocks from downtown Breckenridge, in a quiet forest setting. Adjacent to the Riverbend Lodge is the entrance to the Snowflake lift and this makes for a great AMH ski in, ski out location. Accommodations consist of Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominium units. Complimentary heated underground parking with elevator access, lodge style lobby and private balconies off the units are features at Riverbend Lodge. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a fitness room make up the health facilities at Riverbend. Complimentary guest shuttle is available to any location in Breckenridge. Decor in the units is a mountain elegant style and sandstone hearth fireplaces complete the alpine ambiance. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable lodge, within walking distance of center village and ski in, ski out access, this is your spot.
 Saddlewood Townhomes. Snowflake neighborhood. $$$$ Ski In/Ski out. Spectacular Saddlewood. Located in the Snowflake Neighboorhood in a lodgepole pine forest and on the Snowflake run these beautiful new townhomes offer luxury accommodations with ski in, ski out convenience. Professionally decorated with outstanding furnishings and details, these properties feature large gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, cavernous master suites with large baths including jetted soaking tubs. Saddlewood townhomes offer private hot tubs, gas fireplaces, private garages in most units and complimentary guest shuttle service within Breckenridge. These three and four bedroom accommodations are roomy and great for families and groups of your best friends. Enjoy your Breckenridge vacation from your luxury retreat in a pine forest.  The Corral. In Town. $$$  Walk to lift (10 min.) The OK Corral. We think you’ll agree The Corral is much better than OK! In town location with a one block easy walk to Main Street Breck. The end of town that’s close to the Quicksilver six pax lift. Actually a 10 minute easy walk as you skirt Maggie Pond will bring you to the lift. The Corral is also close to Main Street Station and the Breckenridge Brewery known for its Avalanche Ale. The Corral amenities include a fitness room, sauna, locker room and a lounge with a gas fireplace, large TV and sweeping views if Peaks 7,8 & 9. The lounge is located in the West building. These peeled log and moss rock buildings with granite detailing will make you feel right at home with a Colorado flavor. There are two outdoor hot tubs that were renovated last year in the East and South buildings. The Corral has a complimentary guest shuttle and spacious lobby. You’ll find Free Parking, that’s why we call it the OK Corral at AMH. Units are spacious and sunny and have great views of the ski mountain from the private decks. A gas fireplace to keep you warm after a day of skiing Colorado snow and a fully equipped kitchen to feed that appetite. The living/dining area is large, perfect for getting friends together over a big pot of spaghetti and a bottle of wine. There are in unit washer/dryers with detergent provided. With all the makings for a great Colorado ski vacation you’ll end up saying like we did, The Corral is OK!
  Tyra 1 Condominiums. Snowflake Lift neighborhood . $$  Ski In/Ski Out.  The Trya properties are some of the most popular properties in Breckenridge due to their price point and location across the street from the Snowflake Lift. The condominiums are roomy and you can ski right to the back of the property. Amenities at the clubhouse consist of a indoor heated pool, multiple outdoor and indoor hot tubs and change rooms. It is a two block walk to downtown Breckenridge and there is a complimentary guest shuttle as well as the Free Ride town shuttle stop just across the street. There’s plenty of free parking. Summertime is a great value season for this property with hiking and mountain biking trails running past the complex. Located creekside, cool mountain breezes off the Ten Mile Range flow down through this side valley in the summer. Pleasant, very pleasant.

  Village at Breckenridge. In Town. $$ Ski In/Ski Out. Ski-in/ski-out property nestled at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and steps from historic Main Street. Adjacent to Maggie Pond – a year-round center of activity with outdoor ice skating in winter and paddle boating in summer. Modrate budget-friendly accommodations. The 60 hotel rooms in the Village Hotel feature the only air conditioned accommodations in Breckenridge plus coffee makers with Starbucks coffee, flat screen TVs, iron and mini-fridge. Liftside Studios have a full kitchen and breakfast bar in addition to small living area. Plaza one, two and three bedroom condominiums offer fireplaces and balconies with some units. Deluxe Chateaux two and three bedroom suites feature fireplaces and balconies set back from the main plaza and adjacent to ski slopes. On-site state-of-the-art Children’s Ski & Ride School, childcare facilities, dining, medical center, arcade. The Village now has a limited number of fido-friendly rooms.
The resort has a wide array of amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, heated underground parking, 24 hour front desk and medical center. Ski shop with rental and storage is on site.

 Water House condominiums. In Town.  $$$$  Walk to Lift.

The only true luxury accommodation on Main Street Breckenridge and within a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver 6 passenger lift. Set along side Illinois Creek which flows into tranquil Magge Pond at the west end on the property. Adjacent to the lively Main Street Station with restaurants, galleries, sport shops, ice cream shop, coffee house and day spa, the Water House condominiums have all of the designer touches you expect in luxury residences. Decorated in earth tones with rich brown leather chairs and sofas, natural rock fireplaces, heavy wood furnishings and wide plank flooring, each residence has a private deck. A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass tile back splashes and granite counter tops, fully stocked with everything you reuire to create a great meal to share after a great day skinng on the mountain or hiking htough the wildflowers. The entainment is well thought out with wireless internet and large flatscreen televisions. A heated full size Olympic pool, seven outdoor hot tubs over looking the ski mountains, a full fitness center with mountain views, media room with theatre style seating, a ski valet and ski locker room next to the walkway to the lift, concierge service, 24 hour front desk and bell service and access to the Pioneer Club with it’s private bar, fireplace, spacious lounge seating and view of Peak 9 ski runs. If you are looking for the best in accommodation and location in Breckenridge, Water House is it.
